Water Street Sidebar in Lewiston

It's directly on the water. Has multiple rooms for seating. Can hold a banquet for numerous people, haven't tasted the food but met the chef who was extremely likeable and approachable. The building inside is absolutely gorgeous, and over looks the water front. Not only that but Canada is alot closer in that restaurant than any part of buffalo, as well as a patio for bands to preform at and local radio stations. All in an all an amazing place.

We came here for drinks on a Monday night. It was packed downstairs where the live music was, so we went upstairs to the inside bar. Tom, the bartender, was great. He kept our drinks coming when needed and had a great personality. The dark spot on the night was the guy who seemed like a manager, I think he was called Paul. He spoke condescendingly to the staff, and he did it in front of guests. Very rude and unprofessional.

The workers here treated me great, the food was amazing and The atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend

Great spot. Say out on the patio overlooking the Niagara River in a hot summer day. Breeze was perfect. The mussels as an appetizer were perfect. The food was really good! Would recommend.

We went with a group of 4 to have drinks and dinner on the water. It took about 45 minutes to be seated, but that was no issue since we wanted a table on the water and we could get drinks at their outside bar while we waited. However when we were seated we never saw another employee again. We looked over the menu, which had very limited options and was slightly on the pricey side, and then waited for a server. After 30 minutes of waiting, without once being contacted, we got up and left. I cannot speak to the food, but after 30 minutes and never even putting in a drink order, we couldn't wait any longer. It was busy, but not enough so that they couldn't bring us some waters.

the food is always delicious and the atmosphere, with the water vista is a welcome bonus.

Great place over looking the lower Niagara River

It was beautiful weather so we got to sit in the patio . The service and food was great! We had scallops, mussels and salmon dishes. Absolutely yummy!

Food was good. Service good too. Prices were fair and it is on the water.

Love the view. Food is decent. Last time we were there the Bartenders were rude and serving the regulars before everyone else.

Attended a wedding reception, it was wonderful. Great food and service. The room was awesome and view amazing.

Great place for music and food

This place has great food and a very nice view. The waitress was awesome, I kept getting calls from work but she had a lot of patience with me. If you can't decide what to get, go with the Chicken Asiago Pasta. You won't be disappointed.

Went to eat lunch here today to enjoy the beautiful scenery and eat some good food. Wish we never would have gone. 4 out of 4 people had a terrible experience in our party. I will give them a slow clap for the mediocre Mediterranean platter and the decent chicken wings. Everything else was disappointing.The most disappointing aspect of the entire experience was the fact that the bill came to well over $100 for a meal that we could have cooked for a fraction of the cost and made it taste exponentially better had we just made it at home. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the time and money by staying home or researching reviews for a better restaurant.

Came in this afternoon 7/28 with 10 friends, 4 of us ordered food at same time. 2 friends received and finished their food before ours ever came out! 50min later my burger that I ordered well done came out with the bun soaked in blood and rare, it must have been on the grill for 20 seconds each side and out the door to me. The bartender was even ticked off about it, he took care of us but still, incompetent cooks don’t care about what you order.

Was very disappointed! I kept telling people about the fish fry Friday and was able to bring them for dinner. I've been coming here for a long time and never had the worst fish fry. Looked beautiful but raw inside. We didn't eat just left, passing by some tables I noticed a lot of people weren't eating there fish so I asked, all said the same"not cooked"

Right out on Lewiston just a great place to go and sit outside and relax great to take a date or a wife also by the boat launch

Great place really nice and casual. View was beautiful Right on the water, food was great very reasonable prices. Staff was very friendly and service was fast. Limited Menu but understandable. Highly reccomend for a nice night out.

Great food, service and atmosphere. Nice outdoor bar and patio. Bands every weekend in the summer. Always a good experience.

Great atmosphere and food

Moday 8/26 arrived at 7:40 got seated right away. Left at 8:00 after waitress walked by our table at least 5 times and never acknowledged us, even so much as to say she would be with us shortly! Won't be back!!

Josh was amazing as well as the food and atmosphere. Second time here. Going to be a regular visit form now on

Nice little waterfront restaurant.....I've never a big fan of cod, but I must say this is the best beer battered cod I've ever had...the portion was huge and decently priced. Staff is nice and friendly, excellent view of the Niagara river looking into Canada....Can't wait to try out the rest of the menu....Will update as I go along....definitely recommend if your in the Niagara region....

We finally crossed the border since we can see this place from our home in Canada. Ordered our dinner.. what a mistake that was..I ordered sweet and smoky wings! I received medium hot! When we brought it to it waitresses attention she told us that she watched the cook put the proper dressing on it!Since I can't stand spice I switched meals with my husband. I took his Drunken chicken!Which by the way was so pink it was bleeding into my mashed potatoes!I will Never Ever recommend this restaurant to anyone. The only nice thing about water street landing was the view. Very very disappointing.

View from patio most spectaular whether daytime or evening sunset. Steamers special very disappointing. Salad was fine for lunch. Service great! Came back in evening to watch sunset. Band too loud and not the best musicians. Took away from experience. Great bartender and company made up for the music.

Atmosphere, service, food and the best top shelf margarita I've ever had are all right here! Great views as well!

Awesome place that one cannot miss when visiting niagara falls.

The food was excellent, but we missed the steak and lobster tail they had on menu in the old days, we were visiting for our 35th anniversary and I hope they add it back(Our 1st date was there and that is what we had,plus their website mentioned steak and lobster). I knocked off one star because they had one girl basically running the place. Bartender had to go back and help cook while the waitress bartended, and waited inside and some out and took orders and seated...owner had them way understaffed. I saw a group of 4 leave while we waited. These things can happen but shouldn't. The waitress was very upbeat even under all the stress, kept our drinks full and food came out fairly quickly. We had a great time, she sat us near fireplace with an awesome view of the lower river. The meal was excellent! I have always loved this venue in Lewiston! If for some reason you have to wait to be seated...please do, it is worth it! Enjoy!

Would leave zero stars but have to pick something. We sat in the indoor dining area because out door patio was full which was fine with us. We ordered our drinks, diet Pepsi and ice tea and ordered our meals. Chicken sandwich and omega salad. After 30 minutes we hadn't been seen again from anyone. Waitress or manager. We understand that things may be a little slower right now so we were patient. (We've been to other restaurants recently and they all were happy to see us and kept asking if we were ok). After about an hour without anyone stopping by our table and seeing tables outside that were seated after us receiving their meals and finishing them, we had enough. Finally got a waitress to come over and we told her to cancel our order which surprised her. Told her we would pay for our drinks and leave. Received a bill for $6.37 which surprised us. Left $6 cash and shorted them 37 cents. Poorly run and have no intentions of going there again anytime soon.

I would avoid this restaurant unless you don't mind waiting an hour for your food. We were seated along the windows and shortly noticed how empty the restaurant was on a Sunday evening. The table behind us waited 35 minutes for 2 Cobb salads. The restaurant was out of blue cheese dressing, pickles and most of the ingredients for my falafel wrap. Instead of letting us know how light the kitchen was, we sat and waited an hour for our food before it was brought out to us. The kitchen staff was VULGAR as well. They dropped f bomb after f bomb and could be heard loud and clear from the dining room. If a restaurant wants to charge $40 for 2 sandwiches and fries, they really need to step up their game. Definitely will not be back.

Nice quaint bar and grill on the water. Clam slams are awesome, live music starting at 4 always super relaxing, and the crowd is always friendly. They make great Moscow mules and the salmon salad is delicious. Beautiful day, great visit.

The food was great, the service was awesome but, a 6oz glass of Kendall Jackson chardonnay $11.00. My husband had a long island which was $11.00...same price as a glass of wine, ridiculous!!

The food and the cocktails were WONDERFUL,! Fabulous patio seating over the lower Niagara river. Excellent waiter. Concierge highly recommended it - going back to give her an extra tip.

The outside patio has a great view on the water, but the service and food is not as amazing. They serve drinks in plastic cups and for craft beer lovers that is a big no no. Monday night's are clam slam with a dozen clams currently being $5.99 a dozen even though the black board reads $4.99. We sat at the table for over 15 minutes before I had to ask a busser to get our server. The food did not all come out at the same time and O ended up eating my clams alone while they waited for a salad and a burger. Then I watched them eat. The bigger problem is that I ended up getting sick very shortly after having the clams for which that has never happened anywhere else in the past. I think some of the clams were not so fresh. I personally would not recommend their clam night. Go for the view, maybe the live music and a plastic drink, but don't expect a lot when it comes to the food. Pretty basic and their general menu is over priced.

Great location on the Niagara River!

I have never given a restaurant less than 4 stars before, but the clams tonight were absolutely shameful. The view and live music were the only good thing tonight. The clams were full of black sand, dried out and cold. Steamed clams should be fresh and NEVER cold. I understand that they were cheap for their Monday deal, but this was just horrible. I really hope that this was just a fluke night, but I will not be revisiting in the future for clams. I wish I could attach the picture of one on the clams.Update...my husband now has food poisoning from the clams and we left there less than an hour ago! What a waste of $95 that we spent from the $193 total bill from our group!

Great views, great food, and also nice taking a walk after during great weather. I do wish the menu was priced better just based on options but it’s worth it given then location and experience.

Waited 40 minutes and a half and my burger was way overdone. Bun was rock hard. Pricing was terrible as well. I've had better food and service at McDonald's.
